We understand that plans can change.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment and missed sessions are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
For résumé writing and LinkedIn optimization services, refund eligibility depends on whether work has begun and the services already completed.
