At Move Accordingly, our personalized interview preparation sessions help you communicate your experience, articulate your strengths, and approach the hiring process with confidence. Drawing on firsthand recruiting experience, we'll work together to strengthen your responses, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare you for the questions employers may ask. What's Included: • Interview Strategy:Understand common interview formats, recruiter expectations, and effective preparation techniques. • Mock Interview: Practice responding to realistic interview questions tailored to your experience and target roles. • Behavioral Interview Preparation: Learn how to structure compelling examples using the STAR method. • Personalized Feedback: Receive constructive feedback on your responses, communication, and professional presentation. • Confidence Building: Develop strategies for handling difficult questions and communicating your qualifications. • Actionable Next Steps: Leave with practical recommendations to continue improving your interview skills. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All appointments and services must be scheduled through Move Accordingly's official booking platform. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Appointments are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. • 24 hours or more: Eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. • Less than 24 hours: Payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be approved at Move Accordingly's discretion. • No-shows: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their payment. Clients may reschedule an eligible appointment one time without an additional charge. Late Arrivals Clients are encouraged to join scheduled sessions on time. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund. Résumé Writing & LinkedIn Services For document-based services, clients must submit requested information and materials before work begins. Once work has started, cancellations and refunds may be limited based on the services already performed. Any applicable refund will be determined according to the work completed and the terms provided at purchase. Estimated turnaround times begin once all required materials have been received. Provider Cancellations If Move Accordingly must cancel an appointment, clients will be offered the choice of rescheduling at no additional cost or receiving a full refund. Service Expectations Move Accordingly provides personalized career guidance and professional development services. We do not guarantee interviews, employment offers, promotions, or specific salary outcomes.
